Dear Kindred,
It seems like you just elected me to the position of Grand Chaplain.
I was thrilled then and that feeling has continued. Thanks to each of
you. Hope I get to see everyone throughout the year in all of the fun
travels and work.
Thanks to everyone taking an office, chairmanship, or being on a
committee. What would I do without you? I would like to have everyone
who wants to work for the Order to do so. All help at all levels is
appreciated.
Bill Perry has graciously accepted the position of Grand Advisor. His
wife, Barbara, is wonderful to travel with and is willing to share Bill
for the year.
Any fresh ideas for recruiting new members would be appreciated by
each Conclave. We are always looking for new members. Everyone wants
the Order to continue.
From the East, the Order work is beautiful. Not having done all the
stations myself, I really appreciated the floor work. Every person's
position is so important. Sideliners are a gift to everybody.
I am looking forward to seeing each Conclave at their Official Visit. Any time I can make it to your meetings, I certainly will. Someone will always be driving me and I thank each of you ahead of time.
